Kids enjoyed it. The one and only bathroom However is absolutely disgusting. Worse than an unwashed public toilet in a park.

I like the place because my kids like it but the staff is inexperienced and rude at times. They are not available at the counter and don't supervise the users. I have seen users being rough with games and making a mess and no one is there to monitor it.

Had a fantastic time at iPlay Belconnen recently! It’s a great spot for both kids and adults, with a wide variety of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. The arcade machines are well maintained, and there’s a good mix of classic and modern games. The venue was clean and well organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. It’s especially a great place for families or group outings — plenty to do and a fun, lively atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. Definitely a go-to place in Belconnen for some fun and games!

unfortunately this arcade has gone severely downhill in the last years i only play like one game here that i enjoy and the rest are either consistently out of order (they don't take care of their machines at all) or overconsumption based like claw machines you go past the arcade and there's like 20 claw machines in the front starts to feel more like a gambling center lol dont go here if you dont want to be manipulated into spending insane amounts of money

We had Ciana hosting our party and they made it so magical!!! They were helpful reminding us of close times, serving our meals and explaining all the rules of the activities and answering all our questions. The food was delicious too, Ciana told us Seb was cooking? My compliments to the chef! it was absolutely smashing I loved the addition of chicken salt on the chips how clever. The staff was a amazing my only big critique is you need a water filter. Will definitely be bringing my family back here 🎉🎉🎉
