I would have to say this was one of the easiest and best transaction I’ve had concerning salespeople. Both Dana and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable, I told them I was looking for a watch and I also told them my price range. They showed me a variety of watches from different companies/brands, I would ask questions about each watch they showed me and they knew everything about each watch. I found the watch I was looking for and the sale was made without any pressure and Dana and Chris were not pushy like most salespeople. I do have to correct myself I should not be calling them salespeople they’re jewelers that know their business. So if anyone is looking for jewelry/watches I recommend seeing Dana, you won’t be disappointed. John

I had a great experience working with my salesperson, Al Youngblood. He is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely took the time to listen to my feedback. Based on my preferences, he offered thoughtful suggestions and let me explore a wide range of styles to compare and try on, which I really appreciated. The store environment is comfortable and welcoming—I’d recommend making an appointment in advance, which I did. I highly recommend Al, especially for a luxury watch or jewelry purchase, where trust between you and your sales associate truly matters. You can really feel that here. Overall, I found the watch I’d been looking for, and I’ll definitely return in the future when I need anything else.

Incredible Experience with Dana! From start to finish, Dana was absolutely amazing to work with. She made the entire engagement ring process easy, enjoyable, and completely personalized. She was super communicative, took the time to understand every detail and request we had, and made sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned it.
