Wag Hotels - Oakland

I am so impressed by our first stay at Wag. The facility was spotless and the room our pup stayed in was perfect. The staff was so friendly and professional. We were able to check in on our Gussy on the camera both in his room and the play yard. Whenever we wanted. Check in and check out was extremely efficient. We have total peace of mind leaving our baby at Wag and we could tell when we picked him up that he he was well cared for. Thank you Wag!

Dogs are always happy upon arrival. And happy in the photos they send during their stay. One of our dogs is timid and easily startled, so it’s no small feat that she look happy in each of the photos! We are comfortable and confident that the dogs are well cared for while we’re gone. I appreciate both dogs can stay together in the same room.

Friendly staff. Updated me with photos & notes about my pups. My dogs were happy being dropped off & when I picked them up. The facility is VERY clean & any accidents were taken care of immediately. They didn’t rush anyone and took great care when checking in or checking out all guests. It is worth every penny knowing my babies are well taken care of 24 hours a day while I’m gone.

Wag Hotel in Oakland has been helping me care for my boys since 2020. While I am working, Wag watches my boys so I know they are safe and can play or nap as they want. (With my boys, they normally chose napping!) Either way I know they are not getting into anything, peeing on things they are not supposed to or barking their heads off which was happening when I left them home alone all day. Plus, I personally feel that it is not fair to any dog to leave them alone at home everyday. Wag makes it possible for me to care for my babies the best way I can. I am grateful for all the employees, at Wag Oakland, who work so hard to make sure the animals in their care are safe and protected. I am also grateful that they alert me if they see something unusual happening with one of the boys so I can be proactive with care if needed. Thanks to everyone at Wag Hotel Oakland for helping me care for my fur babies. You are appreciated!

Wag Hotel did a great job housing our dear cat while we went out of town. There intake is very thorough gathering all the information for any medication, feeding, grooming, and care routines. The suite was spacious and furnished with adequate cat tree and sleeping spaces. We also loved that Wag provided a video camera feed, so we could check up on our cat while away. The Wag staff did an excellent job taking care of our cat.
