When my usual dog sitter moved away I decided to give Wag a try. I was nervous at first because my pup has some pretty bad separation anxiety. But booking a large room with the 24 hour web cam really helped put my mind at ease. I also received photos each day during his play time. When I book the small room then I'll add on some of the other services like a nightly walk or buddy time. My pup still isn't "thrilled" with being away but I know the staff at Wag take great care of him. I hear from many of them that they all enjoy seeing him when he visits.

This was our first experience with boarding our dogs. Wag Hotels Santa Clara is a very clean facility. I was impressed that with the many dogs it was very clean and did not have a kennel smell. Our dogs Primrose and Willow received very good care during their stay. When we dropped them off for the first time they right to the worker without hesitation. I love the convenience of their services and hours. I had peace of mind that they were being well taken care of. I loved that we could watch them on the cameras and enjoyed seeing them interact with other dogs! It was so sweet that they sent us individual photos of our dogs each morning! Highly recommend!

The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept my pup happy and busy. I loved receiving updates and photos—it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My Australian Shepherd loves coming here! I needed a reliable place for holiday boarding and Wag has been amazing. I toured the facility, asked plenty of questions and really appreciated that they offer two free daycare days so your dog can get comfortable first. It is such a smart idea. My dog has been picky about daycare in the past, so I was nervous, but he settled right in and clearly enjoys it here and now I bring him once a week for daycare. For boarding, the deluxe suites are great, a little pricey, but worth it for the space and the camera. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I called every day the first time he was boarded there and they were always patient and kind with updates. I also love that they are open 24/7 because dropping him off at 4 a.m. before a flight was so convenient. Highly recommend Wag for both daycare and boarding.

Five stars facility, five stars staffs, five stars management. I want for a quick visit this morning but not for the boarding a dog but for an opportunity for a oversea visit. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman and accepted by the manager. The facility is very nice and clean and all the dogs are very well behaved and seem under very good care of them! We don’t have any dog at this time, if we do one day, this is the place that I trusted with my family member.
