Roseanne looked in on my cat every day for over a week to ensure he was safe, had his meds, and was doing well after an operation. She sent updates each day whilst I was overseas so I could not only read about how he was, but also see a picture of him. I felt very safe in entrusting her with my pet and my house in my absence.
If I could give Waggy Tails pet care beyond Five Stars I would. Roseanne is amazing!! She is gentle, kind, and loving person. We spent the Holidays with Family and had to leave our boys with her. Not only did Roseanne give them a great home but also all the love and attention they needed. She kept us in informed, sent us pictures she is amazing. I have used Waggy Tails Pet Care in the past and will continue to do so because of the Trust and Love she offers. Thank You Roseanne for taking care of our furry children!!
George was excellent with our dog Sebastian. We received videos and photos every day, and knew our dog was in good hands. While we were away, we would have normally been worried about our dog, as he is old and has a heart condition. However, we were confident with Waggy Tails Pet Care, and knew that our pet was receiving the best treatment while we were away.
Highly recommend Waggy Tails! I’ve been taking my pup to Roseanne for almost 3 years and never had a problem. Price is reasonable, and my dog is very fond of Roseanne. My dog is anxious and doesn’t warm up easily but Roseanne is really good at caring for pets so my dog warmed up quickly. She also sends pictures to keep me updated on how my pup is doing, without me asking. I will continue going to Roseanne for doggy day cares for years to come!
Roxanne really cares about the dogs she watches. Our dog gets so excited as we approach Roxanne’s home, so we know she enjoys her visits. She is very accommodating with last minute requests, which we seem to have frequently. Our dog loves playing with her dog as well.
