Sophia, and all the staff, at Zoom Room Kearny Mesa are wonderful! Super knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. My dog is a bit of a challenge but has made great progress in just 4 classes of basic obedience. Highly recommended!!

My pup had their first obedience class at the Zoom room and we had Sophia for an instructor. Sophia was great, super patient and was very knowledgeable of everything to help your dog really stick to what they were learning. I really appreciated her great attitude will definitely be back to try some more classes.

Our puppy Sox thoroughly enjoyed his 1st visit to the Zoom Room in Kearny Mesa! Hannah & Alice made us feel so welcome and both showed great enthusiasm & care for our puppy. They answered all our questions wrt our puppy and training techniques. They demonstrated various training situations, with immediate success! Most important and was clearly evident, was their sincere interest in making sure me, my wife, and our puppy succeed to become a happy family by teaching all of us. They love their job, although they don't seem to think of it as work, probably because they both seem to enjoy it so much! They represent Zoom Room in the best way & are great assets to the business!

We took our dog for a private gym session and he loved it! There was a lot of open space for him to run around and we were also able to use some of the basic agility equipment. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve been coming to Zoom Room for over a year and a half, and it’s hands down the best training facility in town. The trainers are amazing - caring, attentive, and truly invested in every dog’s progress. The space is spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped for both obedience and agility training. Their curriculum is thoughtfully structured, moving smoothly from basic to advanced levels, so both dogs and owners always feel challenged but supported. It’s such a positive environment - our dog absolutely loves it here, and so do we.
