EJ greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. I came in to seek repair for my broken bracelet that my fiance had given me. Because it was just gold, and not gold plated, it seemed like there was not going to be hope for it to be repaired, but EJ used his hands and pliers to fix it for me! He was so kind, and didn’t even charge me for the repair, which he didn’t have to do. My bracelet wouldn’t have been fixed without him. This bracelet is really special to me, so I can’t explain how happy I was to have it repaired, especially with such great customer service. I highly reccomend :)
