Refuses the service due for oil change to “big truck” anyway not only that. I found out my truck is unlocked, doesn't matter who’s? Always lock every vehicle. What the hell? Who does that? Who leaves vehicles unlocked? I saw a dude who just got in his car door was unlocked. Mind blown…

Wait time can be long. Staff isn't always friendly. They also have services listed for certain prices that are no longer included.

Bought two new tires, a few days after having them put on, found all the tire pressures but one to be way off. Front left: 8 psi under, front right, normal, rear left overinflated by 6 psi, rear right underinflated by 6 psi. Also, one of my four metal custom valve stem caps was gone, replaced by a plastic one. Also, I'm Walmart + and wasn't supposed to he charged for mount service etc., but I was. Scheduled to have them check the front left (new) because it keeps losing air, could not make it to the appointment. Tried to call to let them know early that morning, and no one answered the phone. Called back again before appointment time, no one answered. Called back later that day, no one answered. Tires were a great price, but ultimately not worth it.

My husband and I took five tires to the Auto Center to be remounted and the techs managed to damage two of the tires and lose one of the center caps. They refused to take responsibility and said that the tires had to have been damaged when we brought them in and that the cap was already missing. Which they absolutely were not. The times on the paperwork did not match up to the actual times and they never even called to let us know they were done. Coach Jake was extremely rude and condescending. After telling us it wasn’t even his job to deal with this he looked at the tires for 10 seconds and told us it was impossible they damaged them and they were not gonna do anything for us.
