I got my heat fixed and oil change they got it done at a good time and reasonable price. The people were very nice and didn’t pressure me to get other things done in my car but made me aware what I should get done and estimates. Will definitely be taking my car back there for them to fix other things. Best car shop I’ve experienced!!

A life saver in a time of crisis! My youngest child had a car issue and so far away from home ( 4 hours) while attending Purdue Ft. Wayne. I called Rich’s and explained the situation and not only did they give me reasonable estimated time of repair but recommended a tow company as I had no contacts in the area. Needless to say they did an amazing job and my kiddo was able to drive home for the holidays. I would recommend them over and over again. Not just because of their awesome work, but because of their awesome customer service!

My wife and I recently moved to Fort Wayne and needed to find an honest and quality shop for our future maintenance and repair needs. After researching, I found Rich's Auto Ctr. They had great reviews and happened to be just down the road from our neighborhood. I took both my truck and my wife's hybrid car in for check up and maintenance - They guys at the shop were professional, courteous and honest about what our vehicles needed and what they didn't !! They explained everything in detail and were very reasonably priced for the services. They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped the vehicles off! I will defiantly be using Rich's again! Also, it was one of the cleanest auto shops I have ever seen !!!!

I’ve only ever heard great things about Rich’s and I totally get it. Rich’s was able to take my car under super short notice after it wouldn’t start. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and got my car fixed quickly. The price was fair, and they never tried to upsell anything to me. Very appreciative to them and will definitely become my go-to! Definitely recommend them. Love an honest and hard-working local business!
