The gym staff are organized and friendly and the space is more conveniently located that a lot of other practice gyms.

Cool environment, staff was helpful and clear with my questions. Love the tennis courts and play area. The pool is very, VERY clean, and hardly ever over crowded. Makes swimming enjoyable and relaxing. Very nice, quiet place when you want to get away from work or home for a while 😊☺️

I went here to get out of the scorching heat when this place, along with the city's other rec centers and libraries, was designed as a Cooling Center. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about how this place could possibly help me, since I have a dog, but the staff was so kind and understanding. As soon as I mentioned my dog, they told me I could bring her in and that we could hang out in the designated room to cool off. While I enjoyed the AC and comfortable facilities, my dog thrilled at lounging on the cool tile floor. We left refreshed and with a restored sense of confidence that there are kind-hearted people out there willing to help in extreme circumstances such as this heat wave. That you all.

This is a nice rec center and that is ALL. It is not open half of the time and there is no basketball program or really any other programs. What kind of rec center closes at 2p on a Saturday? Is not open on Sunday? Closes at 5p through the week except for one day? This is obviously not for children to use. Dallas Recreation Corporate should look into this because my tax dollars are being wasted for the convenience of adults to enjoy limited use of the facility and the children rarely have any.

Did some bike riding while my buddy was looking for treasure with his metal detector, was nice and quiet.
