Used the service to resize and clean wedding ring and yet six weeks on no call to give an update, attended store daily to query this and yet although staff are pleasant and polite yet the service is appalling, if anyone wishes to either get rings resized or cleaned to a high standard (I hope) then be prepared to wait for a substantial length of time, no apology just being 'fobbed off' it's such a shame that will consider a different company in future, what a let down. Extremely disappointing.

Fantastic little Warren James located inside st. David's Centre, the staff were amazing and super friendly even with the return, where as some will give you a funny look if you're looking at returning an item.

Lovely customer service lady. My partner had already bought my a necklace and earrings from Warren James in Derby. The young lady found me a matching ring and bracelet.She was very helpful and the prices are very good for quality products.

Poor customer service, ordered wedding rings a while ago got a phone call to say rings were ready for collection, after traveling 30 miles and paying for parking we were told only one of the 2 rings were ready for collection. OK so we collected the 1 ring and was told the remaining ring would be sent for resizing and once ready be advised to collect, got a voice mail this week to say ready. Travelled yet another 30 miles to collect the ring to find it had not been sent for sizing and did not fit. I complained to the same manager as previous visit and she said what more did I want they, had done everything they could, and the issue was down to communication break down within the store. I replied by saying not our problem that is a store issue and that we wanted a refund on 2 lots of fuel and parking, manager just gave us an email address to send a complaint to, in the end had a refund for the ring and went to Samuel's and got fabulous customer service. So lucky our wedding is in September and not this month.
