Where do I start with this so-called unreliable jewellers I purchased a chain from them When I went to wear it I discovered it was broken I took it back to the Glasgow store where I bought it from They told me they would contact their head office I contacted the Glasgow shop again after waiting 6 weeks  They told me they try to contact me i.e. by email and phone Which is rubbish I checked my emails and also Spam and also my phone records They told me that they could repair the chain at a cost of £45  I told them this was not my fault as the chain was broken when I went to wear it  I took the chain to my local jewellers who repaired it at a cost of £8  He also told me it wasn't gold  So beware of this so-called jewellers  A joke from start to finish they have ripped me off and conned a disabled oap Robert mccullagh

Such a bad costumer service, I went buying a necklace for my cousin and I was with a friend. The woman at the counter was looking at my friend and talking to her instead of me (AND I WAS THE ONE BUYING IT). Try to educate you works instead of just give them jobs. Never again.

Hubby bought me a lovely ring,unfortunately I thought the stone was slightly small,contacted the store and asked if I could upgrade it,as I had it for almost 3 weeks and never been worn,girl in the shop so helpful,says bring it in n we'll check it,if everything is OK then there's no problem, so hubby paid an extra £850,and just like that I had a new better ring, Thanks Ladies in Warren James,Centre St Enoch

I had an issue with a necklace I had purchased on the Warren James website and the women in the shop were extremely helpful and sorted it there and then. Really great service and very happy to help.

Good service when buying. Quick to make their sale, however upon returning a tennis bracelet which had broken due to the clasp breaking after I’d had great difficulty in actually using, accused me of breaking it and tried to really get out of just giving me a simple refund. I take impeccable care of my jewellery, and have another tennis bracelet which I’ve worn every day almost, for about 6 months and the clasp is in a perfect, working order. Very flimsy material used by Warren James and the staff at the St. Enoch branch could really do with a refresher in customer service!
