Worst detail. Wow..incredibly lazy

First time, got the M3 exterior wash. All in all, its fine. I'm still going to need to rewash the tailgate as that didn't get properly cleaned through the tunnel. Also, the self-serve vacuums are non-functioning. There's no signage or indication of this, nor did the attendant mention it when I paid. Quite disappointing as I had planned on vacuuming the interior of my vehicle myself.

Was in the neighborhood and thought I would try a different place than the Chamois. Unfortunately I shouldn't have. So I arrived intending to get a VIP package and was informed it would be 45 - 60 mins to get the inside done (the inside needed the most attention) but also my windows and wheels needed the most cleaning on the exterior so I opted for an M3 package (couldn't wait an hour+cleaning time for interior which was super disappointing). Get to the end of the wash and expected either a super high power dryer or someone to hand dry the car but instead got assaulted but some foam rollers. Windows on the outside barely got cleaned at all. So then I go to pullout to hand dry my car and there's no where to do that, you can't park out front and the parking lot is overflowing with cars (cars are parked in front of each other in the spots). Ending up having to drive down the street to dry off the car only to find the wheels and tires are barely touched. Getting the car washed for me is a special moment and one I usually walk away from after spending $25+ feeling like I got my money's worth. Here I feel like it wasn't worth the money

The worst customer service you will ever see in Winnipet exists here. I have been a member for more then 3 years. This happened before and today happened again. If you cancel your membership, they deactivate it immediately. So you have to a cancel a day before. Very sneaky. Here is the story, I canceled my membership yesterday at 5, on the app its showing May 8. Which means I still can come in on May 8. Staff came by (very mean) you membership is canceled. I talk to (manager) Arsh. The worst person, didn’t hear anything I have to say, dismissive and aggressive. In what way you treat your loyal customers this way? You think you are the only car wash in WPG? He didn’t even try to help. They have a sneaky glish on their app (showing wrong expiry dates) and they want to enforce timing. Which doesn’t exist on the app. And then they its in their terms! Are you kidding me?! Dont go there. They will treat you like shit. They wont listen to a thing. It used to be a good company but when you hear the manager talking like this… never going back and will be a bad promoter to this car wash. Thats what bad customer service will do you. Adding: From the owner. Your usage is highly seasonal? What? Haha they treat you based on if you are seasonal or not. What a business.
