I had an amazing experience getting my truck detailed here. The service was great, my truck was very clean, they gave me exactly what I asked for. I noticed they treat all of their customers very well while I was waiting inside. I will be going back for sure.

I booked an appointment for a full interior clean with Wash Method, and overall they did a very good job with the detailing. My car interior looks great, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. That said, I was disappointed with the communication. I dropped my vehicle off at noon and was told the service would take approximately 4–5 hours, which I understood. However, I received no updates throughout the day. Because I hadn’t heard anything and tried to call no answer, I took a Lyft to the shop before they closed at 8:00 p.m. At that point, an employee mentioned he had tried to text me (no phone call), but had my phone number entered incorrectly, even though my booking contained all of my correct contact information. When I booked the appointment, the listed price was $150. When it came time to pay, the total had increased to $250, which was a significant and unexpected difference. There was no communication during the day about any additional services or a price change, and the only explanation given was “sorry,” which was frustrating.l and felt a little scammed. I understand they were very busy, but the lack of communication and the $100 increase without notice was disappointing. While I’m happy with how clean my car is, the communication and transparency around pricing definitely need improvement. Please double check your quoted service!

I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year now, and I really appreciate the service overall. However, I feel the touchless wash could be made as effective as the hybrid option for a more thorough clean. Additionally, I’d recommend maintaining consistent staffing for interior cleaning to ensure better quality and efficiency.

Went to this place for a car wash about 2 weeks ago for my first time. Got the VIP package and was extremely disappointed, floor still covered in dirt/dust, dash and console covered in dirt/dust, cobwebs still on the dash, wheels were still dirty, back of the vehicle has bad water streaks. Sent them a message online trying to address my concerns but received no response. Definitely wont be going back.

I am a regular customer here for the outside wash. But today I decided to wash the inside as well. To be honest my car was not that dirty inside but the carpets were. After a 35+ min wait which I was fine with, they took about 10 min to clean it. And I feel the only thing they did were carpets and THEY STILL look dirty BTW. They did not took any trash, looks like they did not vacuum it at all, they did not wash pedals, or near them where obviously was dirt. The doors were cleaned badly, seats were not cleaned at all. Back seats same situation the doors are dirty, there still garbage on the floor, there is still durst in the car. I mean I got that it’s a Sunday rush but the quality should stay good. I cleaned my car better with some napkins than they with their equipment. I had higher expectations for it.
