First, the change machine returned a $4 coin for a $5 bill. Second, the helpline was not answered. Third, the time allocated for using of the wash option is just short. If there is an alternative I will take it, no hard feeling on how you run your business.

You get half the time out of this wash than you do from the Petro down the road. Crazy short times, with inferior equipment, and less room.

Once I treated my car with CMX ceramic the car wash rarely requires more than a $2 wash

I used #1 car wash today on Saint Anne's Road. I put in two dollars and the wash equipment worked. The second two dollars I put in, nothing happened. I tried to access the store through the doors, but all doors to access the store or the outside were locked and wouldn’t budge, even when the locks were disengaged. Definitely a safety hazard. When I let an employee know that my bay wasn’t working, he told me he would review the videotape footage. Fine. He told me he had been watching me through the cameras and that the car wash equipment was working moments before. He kept repeating how strange it was that it had been working fine and now it wasn’t. He seemed suspicious of the situation. He told me he took a photo of my license plate and he would need to get my name. .As I moved my car to another bay, the man started taking a video of me with his phone. It was kinda creepy. Afterwards, he remotely turned on the wash equipment in the bay I had moved to. He may have thought that I was a criminal mastermind concocting an elaborate scheme to scam the car wash out of two dollars of wash time. Considering that he didn’t check the equipment or put an out of order sign up, I am now wondering if he intentionally turned off the equipment while I was using. Again, kinda creepy. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash, especially to women.
