I had talked to Caryn and Renee about some billing issues, they were rude and didn't want to help me. Disrespectful lady's, never want to deal with them again! Worst experience ever!

They said they would have an estimate for me in 3 days, after 3 weeks of me calling them they finally gave me an estimate for repairs, that was higher than the cost of a new unit. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUISSNESS.

WET Equipment has been our go to team since 2010 , they have kept our equipment functional so that we may pressure wash and keep out downtown sidewalks clean and safe. From the sales to the service Department we have been treated professionally and fairly. I will not look to any other company to do business with as long as they are around. These guys go the extra mile! Thanks WET!
