Took my car in today for a detailing service. When I got it back after about an hour, it was still dirty on the outside, and semi-clean and soaking on the inside. When mentioned it, they "tried" to fix it by drying it using microfiber towels... like what? They had and could have used the extractor, but for some reason they didn't think to do that? And, big surprise, still no difference. When I said something again, they said "if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on us." I was actually having a great day. Got a full refund, but I recommend avoiding this place if you care about your own sanity.

Terrible job. Do not waste your money. Their machine was broken so I couldn’t even wash my car at a “car wash” place. I paid for “The Works” but they only vacuumed my car. The package includes Exterior Wash and Towel Dry, Double Liquid Polish, Clear Ceramic Seal, Armor All Tire Shine, Wheel Wipe, a fragrance tree, and full interior windows, dusting, and vacuum. They did nothing other than a lazy job vacuuming!! They took more than thirty minutes and still left dirt and grime everywhere. The photos speak for themselves. I feel completely scammed. Terrible business!!

Just spent $140, and while everyone was very nice, I still had to come home and spend 10 min cleaning. I knocked the moss off the exterior, scraped something waxy off the exterior didn’t seem to be there before I came in and cleaned the windows with window cleaner before I decided to take a photos of the rest. Not only that when I looked in the rear view I was still rather ugly in physical appearance. I expected a little more, but all and all I’m happy. Angel was a gentleman and a gem.

Absolutely rubbish. Just paid $95 to have a still dirty car. I’m picking up my car, the rear bumper and trunk door was still covered in dirt and after asking him to fix it, I ended up taking the rag and doing it myself. There are also bugs still all over the front and the mirrors are filthy. This is the only “full service” car wash in the area and they def act like it with high prices and poor quality.

I paid $85 + $10 cash tip for subpar work and I'm super bummed. I went in for my first car wash/detail here this morning and the staff was really nice. When I came to pick my car up, which I never got a call or text about—I thought the outside looked really good, shiny and much better than what I went in with. However, my monitor in the car had sticky stuff on it and that was not removed. When I came home and opened my trunk, it was exactly the same as when I brought it in, super dirty. I'm just really surprised I spent this much and this is the final result.
