I tried to self wash my truck. No water pressure, just a sprinkle of water & no soap came out. I called for help and of course it went to voice mail & there was no one in the office to assist me. $7 & didn't even get my whole truck wet. Scam!!!

I've been there several times, but this is the last. They have a very rude employee. I asked him for the vacuum cleaner code twice because the first one didn't work, and he got annoyed and made objections, complicating the situation. Education is paramount in customer service; I had to leave without vacuuming the car. I can't stand paying, And being treated badly

I recently took my Grand Caravan through. It had sat under a cherry tree for a couple of months. The crew made sure things went well, smoothly, and effectively. Kudos to the crew!

They dont use a big handheld scrubber brush pre-wash even when there are obviously bugs on the front of the car. So I just went through the car wash and half of the bugs are still there. I would recommend going to different location

just remembered my truck, paid $17, I don't recommend it, they don't wash the car. Last time I was here.
