Great experience from start to finish. We have a very tight closet and needed two water heaters installed. The team took their time over multiple calls to help design the setup, clearly walking me through the pros and cons so I could make the right decision without pressure. When the technician Brandon arrived, he noticed our toilet was extremely close to the install area, which usually means extra cost. He still honored the original quote and managed to get everything installed in a very challenging space without breaking the toilet or damaging the water heaters at all.
