I have just started private lessons in ballroom dancing with Vlad. Vlad is an excellent dancer and he is wonderfully patient and kind in his teaching style. I have also had an excellent experience with Alex in scheduling my lessons. I highly recommend Waterloo Dance.

We had Alex as our wedding dance teacher for 4 lessons and we she was amazing! Alex is patient and hilarious. We were just looking to get some practice moving our feet before our wedding but she taught us an entire choreographed dance. We got married last night and while we couldn’t do all the moves because my dress was too long (even while bustled), we still wowed our guests with most of our moves!

My husband and I wanted to secretly choreograph our first dance, we wanted it to be easy enough that we felt relaxed but also fun! Alex was the most amazing instructor and our first dance was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely come back for more dance lessons in the future, just for fun. Could not recommend her or the studio more! Thank you Alex 🩷

My daughters have been dancing at Waterloo Dance since 2018, and I couldn't be more grateful for this school. Over the years, I've seen them grow not only as dancers, but also as confident, disciplined, and joyful young people. The instructors — Alexandra and Vlad — are incredibly talented, kind, and truly care about each child’s progress. This school is like a second home for us. The energy, professionalism, and warmth are unmatched. The showcases are always magical, and the support from teachers is something very special. Thank you, Waterloo Dance, for being such an important part of our lives!

My partner and I have been taking ballroom and Latin group classes and private lessons for 2 years now. The ballroom classes are engaging and I love learning the different techniques and working on our musicality. The private 1:1 lessons are fantastic. I feel that Alexandra and Vlad work hard to accommodate all levels of dance skill and physical ability. And I appreciate how our musical numbers are choreographed around my mobility issues. They are challenging, and also really fun. We're now preparing for competition! Thank you Waterloo dance for everything!
