Had the privilege to have Marissa tend me for my first wax ever! I did the full package #2 and let me tell u what a dream! Did her job professionally and very well, even distracted me during the painful parts that I legit felt almost nothing at all. She has a great sense of humor and was overall a kind person. Recommend both this place and Marissa. 10/10

I’ve been getting waxed by Tabby for about two years, even back when she had her small private shop that could barely fit two people inside. I stayed loyal and supported her as her business grew, but unfortunately, the way she has started conducting business is very unprofessional. Lately, she randomly cancels my appointments and has random secretaries message me trying to book me with other waxers. Getting waxed is personal, and as a regular, I feel comfortable only with one person Tabby. Why would I just let anyone else do it? On top of that, if you know you’re going out of town, why even book me? And why push my appointment out two or three weeks after my original date? What’s worse is that Tabby has never once personally reached out to resolve my concerns. I was already considering switching places because the wax she started using began breaking me out, along with the scrub and serum. The final straw was when they refused to refund me after canceling on me. If you’re the one canceling, it shouldn’t be a problem to return my money I shouldn’t have to dispute it with my bank. At the end of the day, Tabby is cool as a person, but she is not a good businesswoman. It feels like as her business grew, she forgot about the loyal clients who supported her when she was still waxing out of a shack.

Went in for my first ever Brazilian wax but also, my first any wax ever. Ahhh! Safe to say I was freaking out all day due to nerves. I chose Citlalli based off of the many reviews beginners had posted, and they were not wrong. Citlalli was great! She’s super cute and bubbly. Happy to answer any questions. Made me feel super comfortable and the pain lasted like 2 seconds. Not to mention, she put up with my boyfriend coaching me through some breathing exercises lol hope she found that entertaining! Almost 48 hours later and still no pain or irritation. Can’t wait to go back in 4 weeks!
