This studio is great. I have visited a few from Burien to Ballard and I think Waxing The City Ballard has been the best experience. Deborah does my eyebrows and she is the only person I will let touch them because she does such a fabulous job EVERY time, but for other services I have seen a few different people here and have not been disappointed once with the results. In addition to doing a great job, they're just super friendly from the moment you enter to when you check out. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been seeing Margaret for over a year. She is so wonderful and does such a great job. Every time I come in she knows exactly what I want and need. I am so lucky to have such a talented and cheerful esthetician keeping my eyebrows in top shape.

Great experience from start to finish! Super helpful is getting my appointment set up! It was my first time here because I am new to Seattle. I must have put the wrong address in my phone cause I ended up in a neighborhood! 🤦🏻♂️. When I called to explain they were super friendly, got me into another appointment, and explained how to better get there. Great wax experience too! They young lady that waxed my back, a Seattle native, not only made me so comfortable but also gave me great tips on places to check out. Will return for sure!

I used to live near Ballard, but moved across town a few months back. I am happy to make the 30 min+ drive to come to this studio. Alexa is the absolute best. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and I have always had the upmost confidence in her work. The studio is clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this studio for a friendly, professional, sanitary, and consistent waxing experience.

Like so many other reviews have said, Morgan is the best! She makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The session seems to fly by and we're laughing like we've known each other for years. Great service, fair price, great products to choose from in-store. I have very sensitive skin and have never had any problems here. Go check them out! And someone give Morgan a raise! ;)
