Aura was spectacular! It was my first time in a long time getting a wax (brows, lip, chin, underarms, and brazilian) and she made me feel extremely comfortable, was efficient with the services, and left me with the best results i've ever had. She paid attention to the details and got every last hair, while also managing to keep a fun conversation going and taking my mind off of my nerves :) I will be back for more services in the future with her!! Everything in the spa was clean and I was immediately relaxed walking in as well

I had a very disappointing experience at Waxologie. They did a poor job on both my eyebrows and lashes. My eyebrows were not shaped at all. and my lashes did not turn out the way I requested at all. It felt rushed and careless, and the final result was not what I paid for it definitely waste my time and money. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled afterward. When I spoke with them about my concerns, they were not kind or professional, and they did not want to correct their mistakes at all. There was no effort to listen or offer a solution.

I'm never getting waxed anywhere else but here..Michelle and her staff at Waxologie are quite simply the best in the industry! Everyone is so friendly and chill, and it turns what I used to dread doing into something I actually look forward to every month... like visiting friends. And I'm always so satisfied with the results. My skin is left so smooth and hair free that there isn't any area on my body I would not let them wax.. which, by the way, they do offer in addition to several other treatments I'm looking forward to trying one day! The facilities are cute and clean, well-kept and nicely decorated. I even love the floors! But mainly it's a combination of their professionalism, fair prices, expertise, attention to detail and their focus on doing the best job possible that will keep me a loyal, satisfied client for as long as I've got hair that needs to get gone!
