We are traveling in Texas from Michigan, and we were desperate. We knew we needed help with our black tank; it was leaking. We contacted We Get Around RV Repair because their ad states they do plumbing. When we called, we asked if they could help us; he cut us off and said NO! We asked him, "You can't even come look and tell us what we need to do." He said NO! They are a mess to work with, so NO," and he hung up on us. All we wanted was for someone to push us in the right direction. UPDATE! He called us this morning and asked us to take the review down. He informed us that we were ruining his business. We told him, "No, we would not be taking it down." Based on this interaction, it makes us wonder how many people he has bullied into removing their review. It should be noted: he did not deny anything that was stated in the review. He must have just been upset that someone shared how he treated them; clearly he wants to be able to do or say whatever he wants and not have any ramifications for his behavior. Hopefully, the next time someone is stranded and needs help, he will give them a few minutes of his time.
