Today our garage door completely failed right before a major storm. A broken spring caused the cable and a roller to break as well. I called Welborn Garage Doors, and they sent Austin out quickly. Austin was outstanding. He clearly explained exactly what had failed, what needed to be fixed, and how he was going to do it. After completing the repair, he walked me through everything he worked on, showed me what he tightened and adjusted, and did a very thorough inspection to make sure everything was operating safely. His professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail really stood out. I was very impressed with Austin’s work and would absolutely recommend him and Welborn Garage Doors.

Welborn was great to work with. Professional, thorough, clean and did a great job! Garage doors are complicated, but they made it easy. The complete door and opener replacement with all the hardware only took a little over 2 hours. He even programmed my truck to open the door so I have an extra opener for the kids!

Had a spring break randomly at my rental property. Stephen was awesome. Went over the options, door condition, and other items that weren’t initially known. At the end I got the repair I needed done right, and my concerns and unique situation were taken into account which is what really separates companies like Welborn from others. Would absolutely recommend, and if I ever need service again I know who I’m calling.

Thanks Welborn for another good job. Tyler got home very early, as requested, he was very helpful providing us with information that helped us decide on which brand of garage door opener to install. Once we signed the contract he started the installation, which did not take long and used the previous wiring for the sensors, as per our request, which were already walled in, versus having them stapled and visible all over the walls and ceiling. Overall we are very satisfied with the job and the tech who did it and highly recommend this company for anyone’s garage needs.
