Disappointed with initial arrangement, I contacted their customer service, they stated it was not up to their standards and they sent a replacement. It’s unfortunate their initial bouquet was of poor quality but it was resolved to my satisfaction. See photos. I posted what was initially sent, what they advertised online, and then the “resolution” bouquet.
