These little beauties every time they come back from well groomed. They always go above and beyond there. The girls smell so great and they’re always so happy after their spa day. Today is flossy‘s birthday. And the staff treated her like a little queen and took a nice picture of her when she was all done and cleaned up. They are the best. I highly recommend well groomed to you. Kelly and her team are just fabulous

Great job! This was our puppy’s first big girl groom and she did pretty well and her groom looks great. Everyone was friendly, explained everything etc. couldn’t have asked for more.

My pup and I had a great experience with Kayla today. It was my dogs 1st groom so she was a little shaky. It only took 2 hrs for her bath, nails and groom and I'm very impressed they managed to do it so fast! My dogs haircut is the right length and is very rounded, not at all choppy. I loved the little detail of a cute flower collar that they added. Thank you, we will be back!

I had to wait at least a half an hour before the girl came in. I chose to wait being that. It was my first appointment so that I can discuss exactly what I was looking for.I explained to The groomer what I was looking for in the dog haircut. Everything that I had asked her to do fell on deaf ears. In addition, No additional charges were disclosed. I'm sorry but I just don't think that a dog this size with no special requirements in style. constitute a $80 haircut. I just assumed that his ears were included in The grooming.. I don't mind paying the money that I did, however, when I have to come home and redo his face and his ears and his tail and to try to make him look normal again, it defeats the purpose of paying someone to do the job. The groomer Was definitely in a rush and my dog looks like he went through The chopping block. The photo I attached is the additional hair I had to take off when I got home. His face is all chopped up. His tail was nowhere near even touched and his ears were uneven. exactly what I asked her not to do. Though she seemed very sweet my dog look like it had been through a chopping block It's just not the right place For me. Looking forward to his hair growing back out so he can look normal again.

If you want to have the best experience for your pet, bring them to Well Groomed Salon!! The owners Kelly is very friendly, professional and caring!! This was my first experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone if you want the best care for your pet!! My little buddy had the full treatment and boy he looked great and was so happy when I got there! Highly recommend Well Groomed and I am a loyal customer after this positive experience!! Bill and Enry🐶😊. We went back for our 2nd spa day for Enry!! Another amazing experience!! Greatest time he has ever had!! Professional, caring, courteous staff!! Everyone smiles there!!🐶😊 We had another wonderful experience at Well Groomed and, my little buddy is my best friend and I would not go anywhere else but here!💙🐶😊. Well groomed is the Best place to groom your pet , the owner is so dedicated to pets and it shows in everything she does! Great experience with Kelly Holmes !! She is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of all your pet needs!
