There are not enough words or thank yous that would ever be enough for Ayesha and Dave Chubb with Wermert Group and Jennifer their assistant! Ayesha and Dave from day 1 were unbelievably professional, called out the things that they saw, were thorough in our tours and made sure we were going to set up for success. This was our first time buying a home and they helped us with referrals for the best lender ever, and the best home inspector we could have ever asked for. It only took us about a month to find our dream home. Ayesha is a bull dog and has some incredible legal knowledge and home knowledge. We always felt overly comfortable and trusting of her and the team to lead us. From start to finish it was less than 3 months and we’re in our forever home! They will always be like family to us and I truly can’t wait to continue to keep In touch. Highly recommended is an understatement! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dave & Ayesha Chubb! Buying or selling a house can be very stressful. Art Bond made my selling experience seem easy. Any time I had a question, he was there. He kept me informed about every aspect of the selling process. Art's positive attitude and friendly personality made for an enjoyable experience. Patrice was also very helpful during the closing procedure. She explained the steps of the transition between closings of selling then buying a house. I would highly recommend the Wemert Group to anyone buying or selling a house.
