WIMA Music School informed me that they deleted my daughter’s registration solely because of my previous 1-star review. My review was only about their delayed emails and the fact that I had to spend two days trying to complete a simple registration. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they responded rudely and removed my child from the program. After I informed them that I would contact the Consumer Protection Office, they finally sent me a registration link. However, the link did not work, and when I reported this, they still did not respond. It was only then that I realized their actions were mocking me. I immediately notified them of the issue and, in good faith, removed my previous review. More than a day has passed, and I still have not received any response. Deleting a child’s registration over honest feedback, ignoring parents, and sending a non-working link in a mocking way is completely unprofessional. I am notifying that I will be taking this issue to the Consumer Protection Office. A very disappointing experience; I cannot recommend this school.”

My son had a wonderful experience with WIMA, especially with the teachers. He has been improving and learning so much. He is playing piano. I love watching recitals because they show how my son is progressing and how he plays on stage. It also helps him build self-confidence. Thank you, WIMA.
Rock Band Camp - our son finally found a group of peers to play with!! They have continued for a year with a weekly Rock Band lesson with guidance from Michael and other great WIMA staff.
