What a wonderful family experience especially for those who have never been around horses or rode any. Regan was a great trail guide, always paying attention to the riders and making sure we were sticking together. All the staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely plan on coming here again.

It was great ! Took my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Fair price, super chill horses and we're given instructions on how to ride. The horses are pretty much on cruise control and know the trails well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Most of all they were super patient and kind. You dont feel rushed or like a number. Its about an hour ride and it goes by before you know it. When you get back to the stable you are not rushed, or pushed out, but encouraged to stay and take pictures with and pet the horses and other animals there. So much fun ! Great experience!!

We had a wonderful horseback riding experience overall—the horses were beautiful and well-cared-for. However, the parking situation was frustrating and handled very poorly. There were no clear signs or directions indicating where visitors should park. After we parked in what seemed like a reasonable spot and got out of our vehicle, a staff member (Frank) yelled across the lot for us to move our car. It would have been much better if someone had been stationed at the entrance to guide arrivals proactively, rather than waiting until people had parked and unloaded before shouting instructions. Unfortunately, every group that arrived after us repeated the same mistake, and we overheard staff complaining about and bad-mouthing these customers—right in front of other guests who had done exactly the same thing due to the complete lack of signage or guidance. This came across as unprofessional and immature. If parking confusion is a recurring issue, the solution is simple: add clear signs or have someone direct traffic at the gate. Don’t assume guests will figure it out on their own, then yell at them or vent about them when they don’t. While the ride itself was great, the mishandled parking and the staff’s attitude left a bad taste. It’s a shame, because we otherwise would have returned—but we won’t be back. Frank also ended up being our guide out and he was on several phone calls the whole time. I had a tip ready in my pocket for our guide but it stayed in my pocket. I’m sure the staff work very hard at this place but customer service was not a strong suit.

My wife and I celebrated our 38 wedding anniversary on horseback. This was my first time ever even being close to a horse, let alone riding one. Zippy was feisty but kind. Alamo was hungry. We had a blast. The trail guides were attentive and encouraging.

I had such a great time at Westcreek Trail Rides! The staff was so friendly and greeted me immediately, making me feel welcome from the start. If you’re looking for a relaxing trail ride, this is it – the scenery is beautiful and peaceful. I also loved the little touches: the neat animal pens, the cutest, friendliest dog, and a goat that gently head-butted everyone to say hello. It was such a rewarding and enjoyable experience, and I can’t wait to go back!
