Came here to bowl, was told there would be a 30 minute wait. Played in their “game room” like they suggested (we had our daughter with us). When we went to go ask how much longer our wait would be, we were told we were skipped because they called our name over the microphone and we didn’t come to the counter. We said we didn’t hear any announcements at all and they said it is because their microphone is broken ???!!! Why tell us we can wait in the game area and not go to the game room when calling our name? And, to top it off, two of the claw machines in the “game room” ate two of our dollars. Super disappointing. We recently moved to the neighborhood and we were so excited to have a bowling alley we could walk to and go to on the regular - I guess not.

Great place to bowl. Well maintained. New shoes. They have bumpers if needed. They have a special after league on Sunday and Monday nights. They keep 8 lbs balls in the back if needed. They have a bar. They serve amazing apple pie shots. They have a clean restroom. They sell socks if you forget them. They have a claw machine and kids area. Great place to bowl.

Great experience staff attentive and friendly. Went to the Western Bowl kids' birthday party. Perfect place,all had a great time.

Classic bowling alley experience without the fluff and subsequent cost. This is a place where people and families can go experience a favorite pass time with exceptionally nice staff, great lanes, and still family friendly prices. Some things are for the community, and Western Bowl is an Omaha staple.

Good prices for game and shoe rentals and pretty good selection of drinks. Great place for a birthday party or office party. We did our holiday work party here and the staff was very accommodating. Food was good too - we did pizzas, fry baskets, onion petals and mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce to share.
