Ive been here before and had a great time. But. I went here again walking in the parking lot with my neice in my hands keeping here warm. I then tripped on a huge ledge on the asphalt and fell leading my neice to hit the back of her head. Dont know the results but urban air NEEDS to look for tripping hazards in the parking lot because it can lead to some bad stuff. Please stay safe and look out while on the parking lot so you dont get hurt.

I recently visited an amusement park dealer to check out options for a community event, and honestly it was a pretty good experiance. The staff was friendly and not pushy, they walked me through the rides and safety details in a way that actually made sense. Prices seemed fair for what you get, and the equipment looked clean and well kept. There was a tiny bit of waiting around, but nothing crazy. Overall I felt comfortable and would definately consider working with them again for future plans.

Not the friendliest staff, everyone seems miserable and like they are very unpleased to work here. They started taking all the tables and chairs away for parents to sit down 25 minutes before closing, we drove 2 hours to come to this place and will definitely not be coming back.
