Buyer beware on termite extermination service which is a rip off. When asked to inspect and re-exterminate the infected area 10 months paying for treatment...all the layers of western sales and customer service come up with excuses on not treating the reinfected area and suggesting to pay for more service "Bait and switch!" ... never solved the infestation. Will NOT recommend a business like this to anyone.

Fabulous assistance that relieved so much anxiety about my house due to feeling over- run by rats. Andres educated me and initiated a plan of action with instructions for my role in eradicating the rodents invading my kitchen every night from under the house via the washing machine and dryer area. It was so stressful. I am forever grateful for his patient reassurance not to worry, his instructions re eliminating areas around the home where they were entering, setting up traps and more. Seriously.. he is the best!

Our exterminator was Jason, very professional and patience with our family. My dad has asthma and heart problem so Jason went extra miles and added some natural ingredients to ease the application for my dad to breath. The service was great and professional. He came prepared with all the stuff that I've previously mentioned of our insect problems, to the scheduled appointment. The professional work, experiences, and great customer service from Jason have made our family trust Western Exterminator! Excellent work!
