They are so nice to my dog!!! We used to take her to petsmart and she would always come back throwing up and anxious. Since using western groomers she’s been a changed dog. They treat her so well and she comes back home amazing. They are so sweet to animals I recommend them to all of my friends. 10 out of 10 will recommend!!!!! Javier always does her cuts, he’s so amazing with her! I don’t mind the language barrier because they will still find a way to communicate with you on how you would like your dog groomed.

Excellent service! I needed a last minute appointment before a trip and they were so kind to accommodate me after another groomer cancelled on me. I have a German shepherd and they did a great job with his double coat. Service was quick, easy, and pricing was reasonable!

I got a great price, and my dogs came out looking so elegant! Javier, the one who bathed them, is an excellent person and provided amazing service. Highly recommended! If you want it a little longer or more professional, just tell me!

I give this two stars mainly because the groomer we had barely spoke english and needed a translator on his phone to communicate with me. My senior Pomchi has a collapsed trachea so I was worried he wasn’t aware and didn’t understand even when using the translator. The groomer also gave him an airplane strip.. which doesn’t look great on this breed. He missed some strands and shaped his ears kind of asymmetrically but at least it will grow back! He did a phenomenal job however with trimming and lightly shaping my pup’s tail and butt area, and his nails look SO much better.
