Honestly, I had a 5 start experience with I believe her name is Sarah, she was great, no complaints with her..however a little irritated with the scheduling system..first thing I mentioned was that I am only off on Fridays..my first NP appt was booked for friday no problem..she wanted to see me back in 3 months..scheduled for a Tuesday to hold a spot and was going to call to move it to a friday when we got closer to that month since she didnt have her schedule set up that far out..I called when the time got closer and was told they couldnt see me that she only does medical on Fridays? Asked for an afternoon time because it was easier to work around my work schedule..was told she only does medical in the evenings so they could not see me... how was I able to get the Friday spot to begin with? Had I known I was not going to have friday as an option again, I would have never established with them to begin with. I understand we all have schedules and are busy, but clearer communication from the beginning would have been appreciated when I was clear about only being able to make fridays work. Didn't feel like they were willing to work with me for my last follow up appt.

I got my surgery done here in February with Dr. Nik. Him and his whole team (Haley, Lauren, Paris, etc) were incredible. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had many concerns because this was a revision surgery and they made sure to hear me out and address everything. After my surgery, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted (not the doctor’s fault-it was just my anatomy plus revision surgery is always a little trickier) and I started panicking. No matter how many times I called, Dr. Nik was always more than happy to have me come in and see me in person. He would listen to me and never minimize my concerns. He would go above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable, talk me through the healing process and explain that I was super early in the recovery process so a lot of what I was seeing was just swelling and not what my final results are actually going to be. He also did many rounds of complimentary advanced laser treatments on me for my scarring and sculptra on small areas around the buttocks where I was still having some volume loss. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with their results. It doesn’t seem like he’s money hungry like many other doctors and plastic surgeons I’ve had experience with. He actually wants to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your results, and if you aren’t right away he will do anything and everything it takes to get you there. He is extremely warm and welcoming and puts you at ease. His nurses are AMAZING and so kind. The front desk girls are also extremely sweet and always so willing to work with me and my schedule. I’ve never been treated this way at any other doctor office and I honestly look forward to my appointments because I get to see the whole team and it’s just always such a pleasant experience. I ended up switching over from my old dermatologist and aesthetician to this Westlake dermatology location because I feel incredibly well taken care of here and have gotten used to such a high standard of care, that I refuse to settle for any less when it comes to my healthcare providers from now on. I will always refer friends and family to here from now on. I am so happy with my results, and I’m just extremely grateful for Dr. Nik, his team, and the incredible work he did on my body which has given me so much of my confidence back.

The absolute best! I started coming here for dermatology during high school when I developed peri-oral dermatitis. The care I received throughout that journey was exceptional, I'm now completely free of all dermatitis and no longer need topical treatments! That positive experience led me to continue returning for facials, maintenance treatments, and yearly skin health check-ups. I've now been a loyal client for 10 years. As someone who surfs regularly and spends a lot of time near the equator, I especially appreciate how thoroughly they examine any new spots or freckles that appear. The doctors never rush through appointments and genuinely take their time - fabulous bedside manner all-around. Every staff member I've encountered has been kind and welcoming.

Dr. Macey Delcambre and her team Carrie, Leiah and Bianca are the BEST in the business. I enjoy every encounter with them, always. These folks anticipate what I might need to know after the appointment is over. They are smart, professional and also throw in some humor to make it alright. Alright? Alright!

I went to Westlake Derm initially to get a liquid rhino with Dr. Nik (founder of the practice). He came highly recommended by his staff who admire his work. I had never gotten a nonsurgical rhino before but Dr. Nik was attentive and confident. He masterfully enhanced my features with a single syringe, improving my nose bridge, cheek bones and upper lip with quick precision. In addition, he gave me treatment options for my pregnancy induced melanoma. He went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate his professionalism, no-nonsense approach and humor. My experience with Dr. Nik, his Bee Caves staff, and Symphony pharmacy, was overall phenomenal.
