Westshore Roofing was an exceptional company to work with. My questions and concerns were answered promptly. Every day I was informed of the progress, and what to expect the following day. The work crew was always on time, professional and hard working. They worked late into the night to complete the roof before the big storm rolled in. Every day they cleaned up all debris, and at the end of the job they cleaned out the gutters. They inspected the existing sky lights for any damage to seals and gaskets before roofing surrounding area. Follow through was impeccable. It was a pleasure working with this company. They have several certifications reflecting the quality of their work and service, and they certainly earned a 5 star rating from me.

After experiencing several leaks in my old roof due to the recent rains, I contacted Terry Zheng at Westshore Roofing, Inc. for a full roof replacement. He stopped by the next day. Terry was incredibly professional and explained every step of the replacement process in detail, so I signed the contract immediately. Then, Dave and his team stopped by to temporarily cover the leaks with clear tarps so that my solar panels could still work. Robert was the project manager; he scheduled all the work and followed up daily. The crew arrived on time every day and finished the entire project in 5 days. What impressed me most was the cleanup—they ran magnets over the yard to ensure no nails were left behind. The new shingles look fantastic, and the price was exactly what was quoted with no hidden fees. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting an honest, hardworking team.

Very professional and more importantly what we were sold is what we received. Could not have been happier with the customer service Ben provided and the professionalism of the crew during the 1 week project. The crew arrived on time every morning and gave an end of day today as well. Always cleaned up after themselves and made the entire project hassle free. Would highly recommend use of Westshore in the future to anyone in need of a new roof.

Westshore Roofing has continued to be a first rate business eleven years after they installed our PVC membrane roof. The roof has worked well for us for nearly twelve years. The roof was installed at the same time as our solar panels and the coordination between Westshore and the solar installers was excellent. Since the initial install we've had a several interactions with Westshore Roofing and they've all been very cordial and quickly resolved our concerns. 1) Several years after we had the roof installed we had some concerns about a corner seam and they sent someone out within a day to check it. The seam was actually well sealed but the edge had lifted slightly so they resealed the edge. 2) A second time we had a small leak in a corner behind a chimney, found when we were painting the house. Again a roofer was sent to our house within a day and repaired the area. 3) Most recently we had our solar panels replaced and a furnace vent that had been custom made by the roofers at the time of the roof install was no longer needed and had to be sealed off. Paul worked with us to get someone out within a week to take care of it. All of our interactions with Westshore Roofing have been very positive. They've always been prompt at addressing our concerns about the roof. We would definitely have another roof installed by the company.

It’s exceptionally excellent condition. I recommend this company they helping us keep our insurance policy updated for renewal ..
