Monica Romo at the front desk of the swimming pool is exceptional. Always a warm greeting when you arrive and a very gracious good byr when you leave. Her kindness fills the room. I look forward to seeing her each time I go.

Great Park for soccer because it’s set up for an entire tournament with multiple teams. I love that there’s also a dog park and playgrounds so it actually can be a family outing for tournaments.. the only drawback parking is very scarce, even street parking is filled up very quickly so it gets a bit frustrating trying to find parking. There’s a basketball court that adds to the flare of it.

Such a fabulous park! As an LA native it's sometimes necessary to find a safe haven to escape the horns and pandemonium. Westwood rec withholds an assortment of shaded areas, sporting activities, and plenty of real estate for your own privacy. It's nestled in between the 405 and Wilshire and has enough parking for you and your friends for up to 4 hours. Bring your basketball and break a sweat or you're inflatable couch to take a break, it will serve well.
