GO HERE IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT QUALITY, AND TONS OF OPTIONS We had such a great experience buying a new couch here. We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES. Sometimes with our very rambunctious 4 year old who kept running around the store sitting on every couch. Everyone was so gracious, and kind. The whole staff is lovely, they were incredibly helpful - without being pushy, and very knowledgeable. We worked primarily with Addie who is a delightful human. She was so patient, knew what she was talking about, and found the answers when she didn’t know. AND the quality and comfort of their couches are top notch, while still providing competitive prices. We spent a lot of time trying to find a couch over the last several months and most were poor quality, uncomfortable, crazy expensive, or had very limited fabric options. They have a breadth of options in varying price point, fabric, and style. ALSO the staff seem to genuinely enjoy working there, and working with each other. To me, that’s an indication that the owner treats their staff well, which in the retail industry - especially with the current economy - is not always the case. Thank you for your help and time Addie, and everyone else we interacted with at What’s New. Y’all are great!!

Happy that the store had Nectar mattresses in stock to look at. I had researched them online but needed to see and compare them. Good sales experience. Wanted to send a shout out to Ja’Quay who was our pick up driver yesterday, hauling away our old mattress. His communication was great about timing and keeping us informed. When they were going to be late he let us know right away. When he came he was friendly, efficient and amazingly cheerful. I appreciate your great staff

Our experience with What’s New Furniture was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—from placing our custom order all the way to delivery. We never once felt pressured to make a decision, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated how easy they were to work with when I realized I had measured my living space incorrectly. They went above and beyond by coordinating with the manufacturer to correct the order and ensure everything fit perfectly. I highly recommend What’s New Furniture for anyone looking for quality pieces and top-notch customer service!

We were visiting a few different furniture stores today for ideas on a good couch for couples counseling sessions at our health clinic in Portland today. The team at Whats New was quick to help us narrow down our options quickly and we were able to drive away with a lovely new couch that fits all of our needs, for substantially less than any of the other big name options we were finding online. As a local business, it's important to support our neighbors and keep our economy thriving and today was an example of just that. wow we just came to browse, but ended buying two pieces of furniture. We were blown away by their incredible selection of furniture and their prices compared to the other furniture stores we visited (West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn). I don’t think I’ve seen any furniture with this kind of quality at this price. Lydia and Julius were incredible helpful and answered our myriad of questions concerning the build of the furniture and its product specification. My favorite part of this entire process was being able to spring the Wheel of Furniture for the chance to win a FREE PIECE OF FURNITURE (unfortunately I did not hit the 16) This may be our new go-to spot for furniture!
