WYWO has taken great care of our dogs. The dogs love their walks/pets - even the quirky one who is hesitant around new people. Early on WYWO even came back with a walker our dog had met to make sure she could get a walk in. Scheduling is easy through the app. The communication is prompt and top notch. We know our dogs are in good hands when strolling around the neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend.
We needed someone to check in on our two cats while we were away for a few days. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Every day we got pics of our kitties being happy (or hiding) and the peace of mind we got from this was priceless to know they were ok. For such a simple task to have such thorough care was amazing. Totally worth it!
We have been boarding our dog with WYWO since she was a puppy. She LOVES being there. Every time we drop her off she is greeted by name and her tail is wagging and happy. I don't worry about her while we are out of town because I know she is having the best time. It's also really nice that WYWO offers pick up and drop off too. Sometimes when we fly at weird times, it's nice to come home to the dog already there and not have to make an extra stop. We recently had a flight cancelled and returned home a day late. WYWO didn't charge us for an extra day! WYWO is the best and we wouldn't leave our special lady anywhere else!
NOTE: +1 star Owner reached out and has taken actions to retrain staff since my review. I just moved to the area and got a recommendation from a co-worker to check this place out for daycare/boarding. Here is my experience: 1. In order for you to get your dog on-boarded for service they require an in-home visit, which they charge you $35. They say it's to see the dog in their own environment. Eh. I mean, I understand if you're going to have them do in-home service...but this just seemed like a money grab. Also, they told me that for boarding, they expected me to individually prepack each meal for her stay. This place is $75 a night for boarding and they need me to prepackage her meals individually?? 2. Speaking of money grabs. If you want to do boarding at their location, you are REQUIRED to do THREE day care sessions. I've never once had to do more than one anywhere else. I'm sure I'll get a reply to this justifying it...you make the call if you think that's overboard for yourself. I will say, each of the days she came back from daycare she was wiped out, which actually gave me promise it was no big deal. 3. However, this past weekend was her first time boarding over the weekend while I was out of town. (Side note, I didn't prepackage each meal and they were ok with it in the end) The 2nd morning she was there I got a text that my dog had been in an altercation with another dog, her ear had been bitten, but they had cleaned it up and she was fine. I wasn't sure to panic or not as they said she was fine. I replied to thank them for letting me know, but also wondering if my dog has was the aggressor. The reply was a little puzzling. They said it was hard to tell, but it involved a dog who was eating food in their crate. Huh? A dog in a crate bit my dog? I wanted to ask if they had video...but, I decided to let it go as they said she was ok. I had to take their word it wasn't a big deal...I understand dogs can get feisty with each other. However, when I picked her up upon my return home, I was even more puzzled (and pissed). First, when they brought her out I immediately checked her ear to see how bad it was. As I was handed the leash I asked, "so she got bit in a scuffle?". The reply as reached down was simply "yep". i could see her ear was crusty with blood and when I gently touched her ear to look my dog she yelped in pain. It may have been a "small" wound, but it was still was an open wound and not insignificant. And the reply when my dog yelped? An "aww" and a laugh. She laughed. Since bringing her home I found two other small puncture wounds on her head that likely came from her scuffle (to be fair, maybe it came from her playing in something separate, but it wasn't mentioned either way). Also, it's been 2 days since picking her up and nobody has reached out to even check if she's doing ok. Listen...I understand things happen like this. But, that doesn't mean the boarding company downplays it or pretends it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure the people there work hard and love being around dogs. But, that love and care needs to extend to all elements of your business. I'm more bothered by the reaction, transparency and follow up. That said, it's weird they didn't know exactly what happened...not enough staff or, as I mentioned above, they don't have camera to check? You'll read a lot of good reviews here...I did. But, all I can do is share my experience and let you decide if this is where you want to bring your dog. In the meantime, the search for a new place to do daycare and boarding is back on. ETA: since it was brought up in the response. I was sent an invoice for a previous daycare visit and the boarding which hadn't occurred yet. With a pay-by date before the service started as well. Their system doesn't allow for paying a portion of the invoice, only the full amount. So, I asked if the payment date could be pushed out a few days because it seemed odd to prepay for the boarding. I'm not sure why this was part of the response...since it was, I felt I should explain it.
Our dog Beau has been going to WYWO since August, 2020. Since my partner and I work full time and have a busy social life, we really needed to find a reliable, friendly and flexible daycare in Milwaukee. We're happy we found Tiffany and her team. From what I've noticed, there's always plenty of workers at the house so the dogs get appropriate attention and care. While driving and we approach the daycare, Beau starts barking out the window out of excitement! He loves it there. One thing we really enjoy seeing is when they do special events with the animals. For example, take photos on holidays e.g. pictures with Santa or dress up for Cinco de Mayo. Or even do a grill out on Memorial Day and treat the pups to hot dog treats. Just fun stuff. Overall, we're super happy with WYWO and would (and have) recommend them.

Loving pet care that feels like home, whether you're away for a day or a week.
