I purchased the Karl Wunder package, which is supposed to be the most comprehensive service, but unfortunately the quality did not match the price. The doors did not appear to be waxed, and the door edges, door jambs, and trunk lid area were not properly cleaned. There was still visible dust and dirt in the corners and along the edges. For a service costing over $40, I expected much more attention to detail. To be honest, I could achieve a similar level of cleanliness at a self-service car wash. After returning home, I had to clean several areas myself. Overall, the service felt overpriced for the result. I hope the team can improve their detailing quality, especially for premium packages.
