Fantastic service!!! We’re from out of town and had an issue and they were able to get us in quickly and send us safely on our way. Would highly recommend!
Great service! I had both my AC and ignition coils replaced, and each time the service was quick, affordable, and the mechanic was incredibly attentive. I especially appreciate the work they did on my ignition coils—I was worried it might be a transmission issue or something major, but they found the real problem and fixed it. My car has been running smoothly ever since. Highly recommend!
I very rarely do reviews but after being asked by another business to give a review on their service, I remembered the review I was asked to submit by this business and decided to remove my previous review to give an honest one about what their service cost me. I have used this business before for body work and although they were one of the highest quotes for the work I got done they were convenient due to the fact that I lived near by and the overall body work was good. However, my last visit turned into a domino effect which cost me severely. On my last visit I initially came to get a lower radiator hose replaced due to the fact that it had developed a bubble and was spewing antifreeze out of the hole. Because my normal shop i visit for repairs couldn't fit me in that week I opted to go with this shop instead because they would do it the same day. After getting the hose I really ddn't notice a problem. I guess because I lived so close to the shop but after about two days of not driving after the repair, the next time I got on the car I noticed smoke coming from the front area of my car. Being that I had had a leak prior too I assumed it my be burning the old antifreeze off but the next day or so it was leaking perfusely. I messaged the shop owner and he told me I could bring it back by but the day he told me I could come back I had to work so I took the chance of searching for the leak myself and noticed it was coming out directly next to the hose that was previously changed so on my next off day I took it back over to him and showed him where it was leaking, which was the radiator, and the owner insisted that it had nothing to do with the repair that was done with the hose however there were no leaks coming from that area originally. He then proceeded to tell me that they do not repair radiators at that shop and I needed to take it elsewhere to be fixed. I found this part to be the most strange because in my mind if you can't fix a radiator you should not be touching any parts in association with the radiator. Because I couldn't get it fixed immediately after the mishap due to my 169 dollar hose turning into a 1300 dollar repair. I tried filling up with antifreeze and water on a trip to trip basis until I could find a price that I could afford so unexpectedly but because I did that, I in turn ended up blowing the head gasket on my car. A 169 dollar repair turned into about 13,000 dollars to fix my car. I know many would feel I should have just got a new car but my car only had 80,000 miles at the time and was paid off and I wanted to keep it. I had to take out loans and etc to fix my vehicle when all they said was they didn't do it. They also broke a cord connected to my ignition coil and jimmi rigged it back together with Bungie cords and denied breaking that as well. I understand that mistakes happen but the whole point of taking your car to a shop is so that if something is done wrong someone can be held accountable. Other than that I could have gotten a shade tree mechanic to mess my car up. The lack of accountability and the drive to get over on women at these shops are ridiculous. I honestly feel like if I was a man this situation would have went slightly different but oh well you love and learn I guess. However I will not be using this shop again. Below I will attach pictures of the blown hose, where it leads to, the damage to the radiator that looks like it was done by a tool, and pictures of the broke plug before and after the Jimmie rigg. Use at your own risk 🤷🏾♀️
I needed help with some electrical work on my vehicle. The staff worked promptly to identify and repair the problem. I also had a fuel leak. George offered to repair that as well. It wasn't long before his team got me back on the road. On such a rainy and busy day, everyone kept a great attitude. I appreciate their quality of work and expertise. Their prices are competitive but great for my budget. As a 1st time customer, I definitely recommend.
my guy George got me going after the budget drive-through services had failed me. I got new brakes and water pump. The service was efficient and friendly and price is reasonable. They are in my neighborhood and I’m happy to give them my business. I came here based on good reviews and I approve.
