While I started out with Bob Whitley as my primary attorney, the transition to Gabe Talton was seamless. Gabe was attentive and thorough in handling my Workers Comp case. He kept me updated on the progress and collaborated well with me. He was always responsive to my many questions and my concerns about the Medicare set-aside funds and/ or understanding documents. Gabe was always prepared for our conversations and demonstrated lots of patience. Communication was effective and I liked listening to him talk out-loud the best strategy. Gabe was a competent negotiator. He also had a sense of humor, which was refreshing. I would recommend Gabe and his expertise to any clients. David Lopez was also supportive , competent and attentive to resolving any questions and explanations of any forms or next steps we were assigned to accomplish together. The last time I spoke with anyone from this law firm was around the last week of June. I sent a message on July 2nd, and since then — nothing. Every time I call, the phone just rings and then disconnects without giving me the option to leave a message. I have an active case, and no one is reaching out, updating me, or even acknowledging my attempts to get in touch. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Clients deserve better communication, especially when dealing with legal matters that affect their lives. At this point, I feel ignored and left in the dark. Do better.

I called Whitney Law Firm to get some answers on a workman's comp case. I spoke with Michelle and she took some general info and said a lawyer would call me back within the next 2 hours. Michael Bissett call me back it was extremely helpful. He gave me away to see what I can do on my own and maybe they would not be needed on my part. Suggested I try this avenue and they would be available if I needed them. I was almost last speechless. Such an unselfish Act. Thank you
