I’ve been practicing Yoga for 20 years and recently found Elena’s Yoga for Posture classes which I do in person and on line. She is the best teacher I’ve ever had. Really Next level. Goes at your pace and works o. What your need each week. Highly recommend her .

Scenar therapy (which I had never heard of before) created so much magic and miracles for me even after one session. I went as I was experiencing pain in a number of places, that also related to a past car accident, and I was not sure what to do expect. Elena was super educated, comforting and helpful and her deep knowledge and understanding about pain and the nervous system made such an huge difference compared to Dr’s and she guided me by explaining what she was doing and how it worked with my body. Two days after my session I experienced a massive shift in my pain and body that I had never felt before. No words can explain how amazing it felt to experience that kind of health in my body. I have never felt so good after a yoga retreat! It’s like having a 48 hour massage only you manage it yourself with the help of yoga balls and great tuition. Elena is a wonderful and highly experienced teacher and I will continue my yoga with her online as I live outside Canberra.
