My partner and I are Canadian, we were injured in an accident while visiting Chicago. Matt, David and their team took our case and we are very happy we found them. We worked primarily with David, he was tremendous for us. He was professional, polite, informative and ultimately secured us a victory. It was an effortless and stress free experience, as David handled everything. I would highly recommend Willens and Baez to anyone, especially if you are from Canada.

David Baez was excellent in handling my auto accident case. He genuinely cared and was very empathetic. It was very stressful for me emotionally, but he responded to my every call for over two years. I am eternally grateful. God bless!

Top-notch attorneys. David took on our case after the at-fault driver’s insurance company contacted us and asked to settle for next to nothing. After we hired David, he was able to get the insurance company to see the full value of our claim, and we settled a few weeks after completing treatment. Big thanks to David - best attorneys around!

I had the privilege of working with David Baez on my case against Lyft following an accident, and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. From the very beginning, David provided clear, consistent communication and took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how big or small. His professionalism and thorough follow-through made the entire process stress-free for me, as he navigated the legal system with ease and confidence. David truly fought on my behalf to secure a fair settlement, and his dedication gave me peace of mind throughout the case. I always felt informed, supported, and reassured that I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend working with David Baez (Willens and Baez Trial Lawyers) expertise, reliability, and client-first approach make all the difference. I would give a higher rating if possible!
