The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We had an unexpected situation where our original deadline was moved up by two days, so we reached out to see if it would be possible to get everything completed sooner. The staff were incredibly respectful and supportive throughout the process. They were transparent about what they could realistically accomplish within the shortened timeframe, while still being very helpful and accommodating. In the end, they completed our project by the updated deadline with everything we needed, and it turned out wonderful. We’re truly impressed and look forward to working with them again on our next project!

Amazing art and frame shop! Owners/employees were super helpful and even though things were slow on *my* end, they were still able to get me my order in the time I needed it during their busiest season! Highly recommend anyone come here for any frame, picture, decorative, etc. needs.
We had some canvases that needed framing, so we took them in to get done. The service was excellent, with no pressure to upsell and evident expertise. This is one of those places where you pay for good work, so it may feel expensive. The three canvases we received were so professionally done that we are confident they will last for years. We have zero hesitation in recommending their work.
I came here with two jobs: printing and framing a large canvas piece (30"x45"), and fitting museum glass into an existing frame (18"x24"). Brett's work was fantastic on both jobs. He's clearly a master of his craft, and he's very helpful as well. I appreciated how he patiently guided me and my wife through our options. He even generously offered a discount when he noticed our initial hesitation at the price. While this is admittedly pricier than mass-market online vendors, you get what you pay for. I'm very pleased with the quality of our new wall art, and I love knowing that we're supporting a local business that will stand behind their work.
