The service was great though it takes a while to actually get helped in the front but that is ok, they get a lot of people and can’t really get mad or upset at that. Repair job is excellent and was able to re enable access after my son completely locked it out. Will do business again.

The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options and the programs they offer. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and my phone works perfectly now. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repair.
I called to ask for a price quote, and Alfie was very kind and gave great recommendations. I went back the next day to have my Samsung screen fixed, and the experience was excellent.
