The service was great though it takes a while to actually get helped in the front but that is ok, they get a lot of people and can’t really get mad or upset at that. Repair job is excellent and was able to re enable access after my son completely locked it out. Will do business again.

I had a great experience at You Break I Fix by Asurion. They fixed my phone and offered me a really good deal for the repair. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options and the programs they offer. Everything was smooth and stress-free, and my phone works perfectly now. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repair.

I called to ask for a price quote, and Alfie was very kind and gave great recommendations. I went back the next day to have my Samsung screen fixed, and the experience was excellent. They used original parts, and I got my phone back in just 2 hours. The staff who assisted me during the process was also very helpful. Thank you to everyone for the great service!

I Alfredo at UBreakiFix in San Jose was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and patient from start to finish. My iPhone 15 Pro needed a screen repair, and the quality of the work was outstanding—my phone looks brand new again. Alfredo took the time to explain everything clearly, and he also walked me through the monthly Asurion membership. I really appreciate how he broke down all the benefits, especially the fact that it covers my other devices like my PlayStation and MacBook at no extra cost.
