FOLLOW UP TO MANAGEMENT: Has this poor service been addressed? ——————- I was disappointed with my experience at Willow Glen Creamery on December 6th. The employees working that day, including Christopher and another staff member, were not very friendly or welcoming. Their tone came across as dismissive, which made the visit uncomfortable. We had placed a to-go order, and they forgot one of the ice creams. We didn’t notice until we were already on our way home, and we had to drive back just to pick it up — very frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, we ordered three pup cups, but instead of giving us three individual servings, they put everything into one container and told us to divide it ourselves into our dogs’ cups. This felt careless and unprofessional. I usually enjoy coming here, but the lack of courtesy and attention to detail during this visit left a really negative impression. I hope the staff receives some guidance on customer service so future visits reflect the warm and welcoming experience the shop is known for.

Today, I was walking downtown Willow Glen and decided to try Willow Glen Creamery for the first time and I was not disappointed. I saw the sign for flavor of the day and It was the s’mores sundae and I ordered it and when I tasted it, wow. The ice cream was delicious and I will be coming back soon.

Some funky flavors as well as traditional ones here. We were allowed to taste as many as we wanted before deciding to go with Marble Black Raspberry, Old Fashioned Pralines and Cream, Mint Chip and Heaven. All delicious and light.

Went in around 11:15am on a Sunday. Parking is easy via free street parking or free nearby parking lot. No problems with seating inside or outside. Food was great, i had the Dole Pineapple Yogurt (Mini size). It tasted nice and refreshing but also fairly rich and important bit is how it didnt melt quickly. Service was solid staff were friendly and cleaned up tables as necessary. Atmosphere was nice, very pleasant and quiet for enjoying desserts.

Very good ice cream. Creamy and delicious and in a very nice part of Glen Willow. Walking the streets is a spectacular journey and stopping for an ice cream was a great idea. Good selection of different taste icecream 🍦 with great outside sitting with spectacular city view. Relax and rest your legs with a tasty cone in your hand.
