Technician was scheduled to arrive between 11-1. At 1:30 pm, I called and asked if they were still coming. They said they would check and let me know. Never heard back from anyone so I left to run errands. At 4 pm, My backyard camera notifies me of activity. I called the office again and let them know I would like to speak with the technician to get a status on what they found. Never heard from the technician but the company would like me to pay full price and let them know how they did.

I really can't say enough good things about this company and crew! Polite, courteous, prompt and flexible to many competing schedules. (Weather and season does dictate how fast you can be on schedule but that's to be expected for quality work!) Personally and professionally they are my go-to pressure washing/house and gutter cleaning company of choice.
