Tom is highly knowledgeable about all manner of cell phone problems. If there’s any chance at all it can be fixed he can do it. He’s also respectful, polite and very reasonably priced.

Had used phones to trade in on a newer one, transaction was fair and quick, clerk was competent and through, used phone purchased was a decent working order phone. Transaction took a little time but left with decent trade value.
