We are so grateful for Enid’s help in selling our home in Thornton! We made a big leap from CO to NC and moved before our house even had an offer on it because I was confident that she would do her best to find a buyer for us. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also stepped in and handled things when I couldn’t be there in person—which gave me so much peace of mind. I cannot speak highly enough of Greg Charlton and the Wisdom Realty team for their professionalism and expertise. Words cannot explain how awesome and fun buying a house was with Greg at the helm. Greg is not only an incredible real estate agent that helped me find the home I wanted, he is a compassionate, friendly, and extremely meticulous agent who most certainly always has your interest above anything else. Greg is patient, knowledgeable, extremely communicative, and he will go out of his way to make things happen. Once I found the house I truly wanted to pursue, Greg worked non-stop to answer any questions or concerns I may have had about the process. I couldn’t believe how smooth he made it from the very preliminary steps all the way to the end, and if you know me, I asked A LOT of questions and requested a ton. He was truly working behind the scenes and made every moment a very positive experience just so there was less stress. We had a great experience working with Erik to sell our home in Golden. We did a thorough walk-thru together at the start of the project to determine the work that needed to be done before going on the market. He had lots of ideas, and was able to convey to us what projects would help sell the house in a prioritized order. There was always clear and prompt communication through every step of the home-selling process. I really appreciated how you could ask a question about anything, and get a straight answer. I should also mention that you get the benefits of the WisdomRealEstate office listing team as well. Everybody we worked with in the whole operation was quite professional, top-notch, and quite excellent at their jobs.
