I can’t recommend Wongs enough. We visited the Liverpool store early November to pick my engagement ring, we were helped by Daisy who was just incredible — Daisy helped me pick the most beautiful ring, exactly what I had been after. When we came to collect my ring I was stunned at how beautiful it looked (so much better than I had imagined). We were treated to a glass of bubbles and I even received a bridal box full of goodies and discounts on wedding vendors which is such a lovely thing to include. Brooke was so lovely & welcoming, she mentioned she was a new team member.. she is a great edition to the team. Thank you once again Brooke Each time I’ve been to Wongs I have the most wonderful experience, the staff are so welcoming and really know their stuff. We can’t wait to come in for our wedding bands next! ✨🤍

Myself and my partner have had the most wonderful experience with Wongs. From our very first visit trying on engagement rings, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Daisy handled our appointment and she was fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. She educated us on the diamonds available and assisted me with the sizes and styles I tried on. Since the (surprise) engagement, we went in again to ask some questions and I got my beautiful ring resized. Daisy also gave me a gorgeous bridal box with some treats inside which was lovely. Would highly recommend Wongs for your engagement and weddings rings, as the level of service is second to none, and we have been so well taken care of throughout the process.
